- e) Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
4.3 Content Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor user content and may remove or disable any content that violates this Agreement or is deemed inappropriate.
5. Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

11. Sever-ability
If any provision of this
Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

6. Stars $15= weekend getaway-hotels/ 20% off hotel room**
7. Stars $20= attractions/events/flights 20% off entrance for 2 or more persons**
8. Stars $25= STARS TAP IN All ACCESS VIP

2 Stars = Drinks (wine, beer, liquor etc.)
3 Stars = Dinner (free)
4 Stars = Drinks and dinner
5 Stars = Designer clothing/online boutique

7 Stars = Attractions/events/airlines
8 Stars = All access VIP
Terms and Conditions for Businesses
Please read the following terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before creating your dating app business advertising page. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Business") and the company (“Stars Tap In LLC") regarding the use of our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, the Business agrees to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If the Business does not agree to these Terms, they should not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
The Business must be a legally recognized business entity and have the authority to enter into contracts. By using our Services, the Business represents and warrants that they have the necessary authority.
- a. The Business may need to create an account to access and use our Services. The Business agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
- b. The Business is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
- c. The Business must promptly notify Stars Tap In LLC of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
3. Business Operation
- a. The Business decides what Day/ timeframes/ discounts, Discount limits on first come first served on their business page listing.
- b. b.Agree to providing your business Star discount service identification “2 times” a month.
- c. Agree Only market what your business can provide base on the Stars Tap In Subscription you have selected.
4. Business Ad Content and Placement
- a. The Business is solely responsible for the content of their advertisements ("Ads"). Ads must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and should not be offensive, misleading, or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
- b. Stars Tap In LLC reserves the right to review, approve, modify, or reject any Ads submitted by the Business.
- c. The placement and positioning of Ads within the dating app are at the sole discretion Stars Tap In LLC.
Website Banner Advertisement Placement :
- a. Stars Tap In Dating App reserves the right to determine the placement and format of advertisements within the app/website.
- b. We will make reasonable efforts to display your advertisements, but we do not guarantee specific visibility.
5. Payment
- a. The Business agrees to pay the fees associated with the use of our Services as agreed upon between the Business and Stars Tap In LLC.
- b. All payments must be made in a timely manner and in the currency specified by Stars Tap In LLC.
- c. In the event of non-payment or late payment, Stars Tap In LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Business access to the Services.
6. Intellectual Property
- a. The Business represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use, reproduce, and display the content included in their Ads.s
- b. The Business grants Stars Tap In LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and display the Ads for the purposes of operating and promoting the dating app and its Services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
- a. The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. Stars Tap In LLC makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Services' accuracy, reliability, or availability.
- b. Stars Tap In LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.
- c. The Business agrees to indemnify and hold Stars Tap In LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the Business use of the Services.
8. Modification and Termination
- a. Stars Tap In LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Services or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- b. The Business may terminate their account and use of the Services at any time by following the instructions provided by Stars Tap In LLC .
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
10. Refund Policy
In-app purchases are typically fully nonrefundable, and there are no credits or refunds for partial usage periods. If a refund for a Stars Tap In membership option is requested within 7 days of the transaction date or if refunds are permitted by local legislation in your location.
